BMW M4 CSL Raffle Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Walk Without Fear Charitable Trust (registered charity) in partnership with Diamond Charitable Trust, based in Auckland, New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of New Zealand only
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older at time of entry
  • Valid New Zealand address required
  • Valid driver's license required to claim prize
  • Employees, trustees, and immediate family members of the Trust are not eligible

3. Entry Period

Entries open: 29 August 2025 at 12:00 AM NZST

Entries close: 21 November 2025 at 11:59 PM NZST

4. How to Enter

  • Purchase tickets online through our website
  • Each ticket costs $50 NZD
  • Each ticket purchased equals one entry
  • No limit on number of entries per person
  • All purchases must be paid in full before entries are valid

5. The Prize

One BMW M4 CSL (Competition Sport Lightweight) with an approximate retail value of $341,000 NZD. The prize includes:

  • The vehicle as specified
  • Registration and compliance costs
  • 12 months registration

The winner is responsible for:

  • Insurance (comprehensive and third-party)
  • Ongoing maintenance and running costs
  • Any applicable taxes or duties

6. Winner Selection

  • Draw will take place on 29 November 2025
  • Winner will be selected by random draw conducted by an independent party
  • Draw will be conducted at a location in Auckland, New Zealand
  • Winner need not be present at the draw

7. Winner Notification

  • Winner will be notified within 48 hours via email and phone
  • Winner's name will be published on our website and social media (with permission)
  • Winner must respond within 30 days of notification
  • If winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim prize within 30 days, a new winner will be drawn

8. Prize Conditions

  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Prize must be claimed in person with valid identification
  • Winner must provide proof of identity and valid driver's license
  • Winner will be required to sign acceptance documents
  • Winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity activities

9. Use of Proceeds

All net proceeds from ticket sales will be used to support the Walk Without Fear Charitable Trust's programs including education, awareness campaigns, legislative advocacy, and community support initiatives.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information will not be shared with third parties except as required for the administration of this raffle.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner arising from or in connection with this promotion or the prize.

12. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries for non-compliance
  • Decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into
  • These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand
